Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu
Depart from airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival,
you will meet our representative for your transfer to hotel. Our
guide will describe your tour programs in brief. Overnight stay at
hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu/ Royal Chitwan National Park
After breakfast, you drive about 5 hrs. to the Royal Chitwan
National Park. It is home to an extraordinary range of the world's
rarest animals and birds. On arrival, lunch will be served, room
assigned and there will be short briefing on the program and
facilities.
4:00 pm Elephant safari: guests will ride on elephant to
explore the jungle activities. The one horned rhinoceros, four
species of deer, sloth bears, wild boars, leopards, bison, royal
Bangol tigers, languor monkeys, pythons and over 800 species of
birds and many other animals can be seen in Royal Chitwan National
Park.
Day 03: Chitwan Wildlife Park
05:30 am. Wake up call. Tea and coffee are served. Dugout conoe
ride will be on the Rapti river. You will get excellent
opportunities to see sea birds, two rare species of crocodiles, the
Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial, fresh water Dolphin etc.
08:30 am. Breakfast at dinning hall. Walk: You will visit the
elephant stable to see how theAsian elephants are kept and fed in
captivity Our naturalist will explain all about their life history
13:00 pm: Lunch at dinning hall.
16:00pm. You will continue for a nature Walk. Our guides will
help you to identify some of the species of birds, plants and other
wildlife that you may encounter.
19:30pm. A Naplese buffet dinner will be in front of the camp
fire and present Tharu stick dance. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 04: Chitwan National Park/Pokhara
06:00 am Wake up call.
07:00 am. Breakfast at dinning hall.
08:00 am. Tharu village history tour or elephant back safari.
10:00 am. You will drive about 4 hrs to dreamland of Pokhara.
The beauty of Pokhara valley is enchanted by its lovely lakes Phewa,
Begnas and Rupa which have their sources in the glacial region of
the Annapuma range of the Himalayas. Lunch will be served at the
hotel. In the evening you will spend an hour boating and explore
Phewa Lake. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Davi's Falls/ Mahendra Cave/Seti Gorge Tibetan Refugee Camp
After breakfast, you will proceed to city sightseeing of the Pokhara
valley of Davi's Falls, Mahendra Cave and Seti Gorge and also visit
the Tibetan settlement camp. Lunch at hotel, you will have free day
as leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: Pokhara/Kathmandu
After breakfast, you drive out towards Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you
will be transferred to hotel. Lunch at hotel. Overnight stay at
hotel. (Optional flight from Pokhara/ Kathmandu).
Day 07: Departure
After breakfast, you will be transferred to airport for your return
flight.
